When the CEO and his team of executives of an international insurance company started to consider modernizing their executive boardroom Branch Technology was tasked with satisfying their expectations of a non-invasive solution. Because the room was designed before integrated technology was common, the project grew increasingly complex as we started to understand the scope of the project. Since the project required that our solutions maintain the integrity of the existing architecture and interior design, standard considerations like speaker placement became challenging, and required significant analysis before making any decisions. Careful analysis of the existing space guided the design process, resulting in non-invasive solutions that aesthetically blend. Overall Branch Technology improved the user experience of the technology and keeping the comfort of the boardroom, leaving the executives questioning why they haven’t modernized their boardroom earlier.
